| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Refusal to rent a trailer to be used on a 2004 ford explorer. i have been involved with using larger trailers then the one i wanted to rent. u-haul states they do not rent for ford explorers because of damage. neither you or ford have released any adverse notices about using a ford explorer to pull a trailer. therefore u-haul must be admitting to put faulty equipment on the nation's highways. could their vehicles also be faulty? *jb |
