| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have had none stop wheel shake since i purchased the car and i had taken it in to be checked on several occasions. each time they said they found nothing wrong and sent me on my way. finally i took it for an alignment where they quickly discovered that front strut rub tore through the inside wall of both front tires. the tires where destroyed and you could see the belts through them. the dealership replaced the tires and adjusted my alignment to out of spec so it wouldn't rub any more. a proper fix was not done. the correct fix is to replace the front radius rod bushings and the strut tower bushings with a stiffer better bushing. i have gone out and purchased all new suspension components to properly correct this problem. pontiac refused to install them or cover any of the costs. they should have covered some of my expenses. not just replaced the tires. i have pictures and documentation of everything. *nm |
