| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have gotten numerous notices regarding the lower ball joints on my 2004 jeep liberty saying they can corrode or separate and result in loss of steering. i've been calling the dealer i use (mancari's of orland hills) since november 2006 to get this fixed and i keep getting told the parts are backordered, or they are only getting a couple in at a time and i am on a waiting list! this has been going on for 3 months!! if this can cause a crash why are the parts not being made available? *nm |
