| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - on 2/6/07 the contact spoke to michelle 1-888-446-5157 xt.4726, who verified that the dometic refrigerator was faulty and recommended to shut off the gas valve and use the electrical part of it. the contact had a gas stove next to the refrigerator and was worried that there was a gas leak that may be ignited by the gas stove he currently used. the contact was informed that the recall will begin in april 2007. the contact wanted to file a complaint since it was determined that the pipes may already be cracked for dometic to replace the refrigerator before the recall. *ak the consumer has not heard from the manufacturer verifying the refrigerator was faulty. updated 03/30/07. *jb |
