| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: About a year ago when walking towards my 2004 toyota sequoia i noticed both front windows and the moon roof in the open position even though i was 100% sure that i had closed them. at the same time i noticed a small dent in the driver's side door handle cover. i took my truck for inspection and the technician informed me that this was a "new modality" for stealing sequioas and tundras by using a screwdriver and causing a short circuit in the system that will cause the windows to open. he also told me that there was nothing that they could do to resolve this issue. about a couple of weeks ago it happened again. i don't know what to do with my truck and if there is any way this could be prevented. *nm |
