| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: From the date i picked up the car, the brakes gave off a "moan". this is a recognizable noise, as a brake problem. this occurs mostly in colder weather but is loud and particularly evident when i first take the car out of the garage in the morning when backing up. i have had it back to the dealer at least 5 times for this problem. the dealer has worked with the manufacturer, changes the components to no avail. the manufacturer has washed their hands of the problem but the noise is still there. *jb |
