Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that while driving the 1999 chevrolet suburban at approximately 5-10 mph the abs engaged and vehicle wont stop immediately. the contact stated this generally happened when he was preparing to stop. the vehicle was taken to a mechanic ,who agreed that the abs engaged when it should not have been. the vehicle had not been repaired. the contact stated that there was a recall for this problem. however, it covered the 2000 chevrolet suburban. the manufacturer informed the contact that this vehicle was not included in the recall. the vehicle currently had 100,000 miles.*ak
