Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Very unsafe malfunction of the "blend doors" in my heater mechanism. my father's 2003 has the same problem. heat and defrost air only comes out one side, can't see out all the windshield!!! dealer knows about the problem, says if you only have one bad one, might as well replace them both with the new redesigned parts for $1600 - $1800. help! *jb
