| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 1999 chevrolet tahoe. there has been a limited recall on the wheel sensor that controls the abs brake system. i took my vehicle in for the recall but was informed it was not included in the recall. it has the same problems that chevy's included in the recall. the problem is...sometimes the abs activates when the brakes haven't even been applied. sometimes it activates at very low speeds causing longer braking distance. i finally pulled the fuse to deactivate the abs. *jb |
