Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that the tires on the 2005 keystone sprinter rubbed the top of the wheel well. the contact spoke with the dealership and was advised that the cause of the problem was due to the design of the trailer. the dealership informed the contact that the wheel was too close to the wheel well. this caused the tires to become deformed. the contact sent pictures to the manufacturer, and they advised him the cause of the problem was due to the trailer being overloaded, which caused the springs to bend. the vehicle currently had 2000 miles. *ak the consumer feels that the issue with the springs is a factory defect and would like to be reimbursed, the consumer provided all invoices. update 4/27/07*tr
