| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In october 2006, i received a safety recall notice for a 2003 jeep liberty, safety recall f23-lower ball joints. i called brunswick chrysler on 2060 route 130, monmouth junction, nj 08852 for an appointment on november 2, 2006, and was advised to call back in 3 weeks because the parts were in restriction. i called back on november 21, 2006, and was advised to call back in another 3 weeks because the parts were in restriction. in mid december, i called back and the parts were available and i scheduled an appointment for december 27, 2006. i left my car at brunswick chrysler for 6 hours before they informed me that they ran out of parts and to call back in 3 weeks to make an appointment. in january 2007, i called a different dealership, global auto mall in north plainfield, nj. i am still on the waiting list. global auto says they only receive 2-3 parts from the manufacturer a week. i feel chrysler is not remedying this defect within a reasonable time. *jb |
