Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Visibility: defroster/defogger system:windshield:blower blend doors and recirculation doors no longer function. to my knowledge, this is a design flaw and will affect every 1999-2004 jeep grand cherokee with auto climate control. the dealerships request a ridiculously high price for repairs. jeep/chrysler should step up and correct this malfunction in their faulty product. *jb
