| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Over two weekends in a row in december, my car failed to start after sitting idle for no more 3 days. i took it in to two different dealers (one for each event) and they couldn't find the problem. each dealer questioned if i had put it in reverse as instructed, and since i've had the car almost 2.5 years, i told both of them clearly i know the procedure to follow. *jb |
