Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Several times a seatbelt recall notice was sent to me for my chevy van (coachman motorhome) and twice i've sent it back stating that the dealership that they listed for the repair refused to fix it. the service manager of the listed establishment tells me that i need to take it to a dealership that is an hour away. that would be a 2 hour round trip plus it would cost an additional $40 dollars for the gas it takes to get there and back. the recall keeps coming back with the same dealership listed with no other response. can someone let us know how to get this problem fixed before we take our trip to canada in july without having to take it so far for the replacement. we live only 15 minutes away from south milwaukee and was wondering if there is somewhere in that area that could perform the replacement. |
