| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was notified of a recall on my 2003 chevrolet silverado diesel 2500hd involving the injectors. i took my truck to tracy chevrolet for the recall repair and the repairs were completed. immediately after the repair the truck began surging at low rpms during and after coming to a stop. the problem has intensified since december and there has been no resolution to its repair. the truck has been back to the dealer 4 times and they continue to tell me that there is nothing they can do because they do not know what is wrong, all along admitting that the recall repairs induced the problem. i am not asking for much, i just want my vehicle repaired to the condition it was in prior to the recall repair. this is a big investment for me and i cannot afford to just ignore this and hope the truck will continue to function after the warranty expires. any help will be appreciated. thank you for your time. *ak |
