Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The driver's seat belt locks up randomly and can not be pulled out to fasten across the driver. it can take varying lengths of time to manipulate it to finally release it - anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. half of the time i have to get out of the vehicle to struggle with it. one time i was not able to release it (one complete failure) and had to drive home without my seatbelt fastened. the reason for filing this complaint is because i have an average of 1 failure a day since i've owned the vehicle. this is extremely frustrating, embarrassing, and time consuming. but my primary concern is over my safety in the vehicle with a seat belt i can't rely on. *jb
