| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car only had 36,000 miles @ beginning of problems. car began jerking hard to the left. i almost hit an 18-wheeler head-on. i just heard that a recall exists on the suspension, ball joints, etc.this is weird, since i have had the car back to the shop @ least 5 times, and none of this was fixed. people could have been killed. i have filed a consumer complaint. hopefully, jaguar will correct this problem, before someone is hurt. my car is undriveable at this time. *jb |
