| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Mobile dometic ndr1062 refrigerator failed to cool. investigation revealed pressurized coolant leaking at boiler tube area. this can cause a fire. unit secured. unit repaired. manufacturer issued safety recall regarding select refrigerators for this repair. my unit was not included in recall list. talked to manufacturer. they stated my control board would keep this failure from happening. in my experience this control board is not doing its job ,and more refrigerators should be included in this recall. this is a serious safety failure if it happens to a unit operating on propane gas.*ak |
