| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Within a few days of purchasing and driving this (brand new) vehicle my back started to hurt. lexus indicated that there is no defect and the vehicle is working as designed. the driver seat does not offer the same range of adjustments as other vehicles. this is borne out by the fact that i do not have any problems driving other vehicles. continued use of this vehicle is detrimental to my back and hence my health and well being. this vehicle is not safe for all persons. *jb |
