| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact claimed to be an inspector for the sumpter, florida medical center. the contact felt that the evenflo express/vision/chase/tradition/ high back booster seats were difficult when attempting to lock the harness strap. additionally, the metal part of the strap that locked into the shell became loose. this was due to the shell not being large enough to hold the strap, causing it to slip out. the contact stated that the failure was only on the left side of the top slots, and did not apply to all evenflo express/vision/chase/tradition/ high back booster seats.*ak |
