Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: This vehicle is 9 months old. from purchase of the new vehicle there was a rattling noise under the dash - dealership replaced flex pipes. the noise has come back about 6 months later. from purchase of the new vehicle the left driver side mirror shakes, am unable to see out of it. under the driver side seat, the truck shakes. dealership refuses to admit these problems exist. the valves are clattering in the engine compartment while driving, not just with accelerating. rotors act as though they are warped. upon resetting the oil change indicator light, the battery failed. the dealership has refused to look into this. *jb
