| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2000 pontiac grand prix. while driving 53 mph in an attempt to maneuver around rocks in the road the contact lost control of the vehicle. the failure and current mileage was 40,000. the contact attempted to gain control and drove the vehicle to the left and right. however, she drove into a ditch twice and hit a cement cover head on. upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. the contact sustained facial injuries, including the loss of 13 teeth and shoulder damage. the vehicle sustained major damage. a complaint has been filed with gmc with no satisfaction. *ak the consumer has provided various documents pertaining to the accident car repair invoice, doctor and dental bills, pictures of the injuries and wishes to be reimbursed for damages, however gm is stating that they were not liable for the accident and will not be reimbursing the consumer. update 05/22/07*tr |
