| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2003 jeep grand cherokee. in april 2006 the front passenger side seat belt began locking and would not move. the contact would have to press the end of the reel to release the seat belt for passenger use. currently, pressing the end of the reel no longer remedied the failure and the front passenger side seat belt could ot be used. the current mileage is 90,000, and failure mileage was 75,000. *ak |
