| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When i bought my brand new 2007 jetta in oct 2006, we thought that the steering wheel was a little too easy in maneuvering. when we went to vw to check it, they said that the had to update the software for the steering wheel. although we didn't get into an accident, i wonder how many of these cars go out the lot without knowing that the software needs to be updated. or what other software needs to be updated for that matter. *tr |
