Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My pontiac grand am gt1 was parked in the driveway. i had driven it 45 -60 minutes before i parked it for the night. i heard a knock at my door and it was the fire dept. extinguishing out a fire on the rear end of my car! i couldn't believe what i was seeing i sure didn't hear anything prior to this event. all the tail lamps ,spoiler. essentially all that's left of the rear end is the metal all the plastic burned into a molten pile of the driveway. the car was parked and locked up for the night so i would like to know who is responsible for this. the fire dept said most likely electrical fire. i just need my car fixed. i have no other means of transportation. *jb |
