| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The hitch that is factory installed broke away from the rv due to it not being properly welded to the frame. our jeep broke completely away from the rv while we were driving the vehicle. we had a certified welder repair the rv and we also have pictures of the defective weld. we have attempted to work this out with fleetwood since the incident, but they keep giving us the runaround. they say the welder was a subcontactor for the factory and they will need to contact them. this was last year and they still will not return our calls. *tr |
