| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car seat does not latch properly into base. we have to push down hard on the seat to get it to click into place. there have been times where we thought the seat was secure only to hear it click into place while driving. also no matter how tight we get the seat belt through the base, the end of the base , near the front seat back, wiggled back and forth . also bounced when driving. |
