| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2006 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4x4. while driving 15 mph, the alternator light illuminated on the instrument panel. the contact heard a grinding noise, the steering wheel jerked, the brake pedal failed to depress properly, all of the instrument panel lights dimmed, and the turn signals did not work. the failures occurred on two occasions. the dealer was contacted twice and stated that there was a short in the computer module. the vehicle is not drivable. the engine size was unknown. the current mileage is 19,500 and failure mileage was 10,000. |
