Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After reading this link: http://www.local6.com/news/13227601/detail. html i realized that i was not alone in dealing with problems with the dashboard. at 11:45 am may 15, 2007, i contacted daimler-chrysler's consumer line. i was told that i would have to pay a dodge dealership between $50 and $60 just to have my dash looked at, and then if a defect of materials was determined, daimler-chrysler would offer assistance in having the dash replaced. if there was a manufacturing defect, i feel it should be the responsibility of the manufacturer to correct any such defects. as of right now, i personally have yet to experience any safety issues regarding this problem. but after reading the article i linked earlier, it has become a concern.*ak |
