Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After purchasing this vehicle new in september 2006, it has been in the service dept of phil long suzuki 9 times in an 8 month period. the heater inside the suzuki grand vitara xsport works intermittently and the service dept has no idea how to fix it. i've been caught in 4 blizzards here in colorado with 2 babies in the car and no heater! the suzuki corporation refuses to make things right! the district manager, mike wetstone has been nothing but rude and refuses to help with this matter. the suzuki corporation refuses to accept any responsibility and has continuously pushed us off on the district manager. i definitely purchased a lemon and was threatened by mike wetstone that if i go through with filing a report through the lemon law, it will cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket!!! *tr |
