| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2000 dodge ram 1500 truck. i purchased it used. when i puchased my truck the dashboard had two hierline cracks in it and i thought nothing about it. over the last 8 months, my dashboard has been falling apart. now i have cracks all over it and pieces coming off. there is a 10" hole on the drivers side. it is cavening in a little more everyday. i have done nothing to cause this problem. my father informed me of an orlando, fl news station (local 6) that has done an investigation on this problem and though their website and news articles i was directed here. i'm reporting my problem so i can have it documented. |
