| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving the 2004 jeep liberty and shopping at home depot the right side tire completely fell off while finding a parking spot. had car towed for repair. had to have upper and lower ball joints replaced, and sustained fender damage. submitted request for reimbursement to chrysler/jeep, and they only paid for half of the replacement of the lower ball joints only. did not reimburse for towing or fender damage. *ak |
