| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When i started the engine each morning on the 2006 mercury grand marquis ls it revved to 2000 rpms for 5 or 6 seconds, then down to 1000 rpms for about 2 seconds, then down to normal. it seemed to me it was going to damage the engine revving so high when the engine was cold and very little oil in the upper portion. what could be done about lowering the starting to rev. *ak |
