| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Blend doors on the 2000 jeep grand cherokee climate system were broken at the time of purchase, dealer would not warranty items, claiming it was an isolated problem and not an ongoing problem with grand cherokees, and quoted me $1200 to repair them ,and to expect them to go roughly every 2-3 years. it seeemed to me like a manufacturing issue and customer's should not be liable for covering it. apparently it affected 1999-2004 models, so it was a recent model. *ak |
