| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Faulty goodyear eagle rsa p245/45r18 v-rated tire customer states all four tires were replaced at 29,161 miles because of air retention**sb the consumer stated in february 2006 all four tires had to be replaced in spite of the mileage of the tire which was 29, 161 miles. the consumer stated he went to the dealer because he was having a problem with air retention in the tires. the consumer stated that the dealer informed him of cracks in the tire and that it was a major safety issue, so the consumer had the tires replaced at a local dealer around the day before thanksgiving. the consumer informed both nissan and goodyear about the defected tires but both informed the consumer because the vehicle was not taken to an authorized goodyear dealer that there was nothing they could do. *tr |
