Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2002 chevrolet s10. the contact stated that the handle on the third door is made of plastic. the plastic is not strong enough and has been replaced three times. he notified the dealer on all three occasions to have the handle replaced, but the failure persists. the dealer and the manufacturer stated that this will be the last time they replace the handle free of charge. the contact feels that this is a serious hazard because one would be unable to exit the vehicle due to the vulnerability of the handle. the current mileage is 27,000 and failure mileage was unknown.
