Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The pontiac was brought in o the dealer i bought it from because the driver side window fell into the door and would no longer work, the (regulator clip, the piece on the bottom of the window on the right side snapped and caused the window to crack in that corner as well,. as a result, the window was replaced which was not covered under warranty due to this plastic piece that was not suitable or strong enough to hold up the window. also, the dealer informed me that this was most likely going to happen again. they had seenthe same defect in other grand ams as well.i would consider this a defect that could cause an accident, luckly, the window didnt fall when driving.the exact date was unsure. *ak |
