| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 1999 mercury cougar. he stated that the sunroof shifted to the side and he heard a crack when he attempted to open it, which caused the bracket to break. the problem occurred on two occasions. approximately one year ago the track and bracket were replaced however the sunroof would no longer close. the failure mileage was 83,000 and the current mileage was 87,000. |
