| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2007 jeep commander in october of 2006. at about 2,000 miles, i experienced an electrical failure that caused many gauges to come on or go off. i did lose my headlights & the transmission downshifted. i pulled over, powered off the vehicle & restarted. the vehicle has done this same or similar problem 4 times now. i've filed the lemon law in indiana, but it was denied. the last time i experienced the electrical fault, my seat starting moving forward for a few seconds while i was driving the car. the vehicle has registered fault codes every time that i saved. each time, the dealer can not duplicate & performs computer flash updates in hopes of correcting problem. in my opinion, the vehicle is dangerous to operate. *tr |
