| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a dorel eddie bauer 3-in-1 child seat. the contact noticed that when the child seat was placed on the base, it was not sturdy or secure. she also noticed that the screws in the handle were loose when it was lifted. the handle shook and wiggled. the contact took the safety seat to a local fire department and they determined that it was unsafe to use. dorel offered the contact a repair kit, but that did not correct the failure. |
