| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2006 chrysler 300. while driving 10-15 mph, the vehicle stalled and failed to accelerate. the vehicle would accelerate approximately one minute later. the dealer stated that the vehicle misfired on two occasions. on two other occasions, the dealer was unable to diagnose the cause of failure. the dealer installed a power train control module, however, the failure continued. as of august 16, 2007, the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure mileage was 10,000 and current mileage was 26,000. the dealer stated the rear brake tube must be inspected for damage, if brake tube is damaged must be replaced. the consumer provided multiple repair invoices pertaining to the defect. updated 08/31/07 *tr |
