| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The tail light on my suv 2000 jeep grand cherokee has failed twice. i first noticed the failure shortly prior to a car accident in early 2006. when i brought my vehicle to the repair place for damages from the accident, i also paid out of pocket to have the tail light issue fixed. the back tail light,on the passenger side, would either be faintly lit or not light at all when i applied the brake pedal. the car repair shop relaxed the part needed, which was at the steering wheel head light switch. it worked fine after the replacement for about 7 months, before failing again, with the same complaints. *jb |
