Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: blend door on my 2002 jeep grand cherokee limited initially stopped at that point and only blows cold air to the passenger. now a year later i have no heat at all. disappointed for sure and from the numbers of people with this problem, seems to be defective from the start. a recall should be called. 1500-1800 to fix on a car with less that 43,000 miles, give me a break, no wonder more people are buying japanese. *jb
