| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 nissan maxima with goodyear eagle rs-a p245/45r18 with cracks in the sidewalls. customer states that he had the tires adjusted to fix the cracks in the sidewall. *kb the tire manufacturer sent the consumer a letter denying the claim. the manufacturer stated the consumer had not shown proof that the tires were adjusted for sidewall cracking. the letter also stated under the customer satisfaction program an original paid receipt was required to show proof of purchase with sidewall cracking as a reason for replacement. *jb |
