Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2005 kia sedona. the brakes and rotors were replaced at 8,700 miles. at 16,400 miles, the vehicle needs new rotors and readjusting of the rear brakes. as a result, the brakes pulsate and cause the vehicle to shake and make it difficult to brake. when she took the vehicle to the dealer, they stated that the failure was due to her riding the brakes while driving. the current mileage was 16,400 and failure mileage was 8,700.
