| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Pep boys replaced brakes on my vehicle in feb. 2006, march 2006 and may 2006 and all of the brakes failed before their warranty periods. pep boys has refused to pay for the replacement of the brakes installed may 2006 that failed. in addition to the warranty on the parts, they had a sign posted, in plain sight, with a 100% money back guarantee of satisfaction. it's seems odd that three sets of brakes from pep boys would fail in such a short amount of time without a defect. *tr |
