Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The power steering hose sprang a leak. i had the car towed to an aaa service center. the technician expressed shock when the car was put on a lift because of the amount of frame corrosion, especially in the cradle of the engine, where there was actually a hole. he said he had never seen this kind of problem in a recent vintage car (2002). i bought this car new and it has been in a garage for most of its life. it has fewer than 90,000 miles. i'm told this is a serious safety issue because the engine could fall out at any time. others should be aware of this problem. *tr |
