| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1995 dodge ram 2500 4x4 with numerous problems. customer states his vehicle was towed to the dealer for a recall repair and the front coil spring seats to be repaired because they were unsafe. he stated the truck needed and had other repairs too. *kb the consumer stated the dealer did not comply with the recall. the dealer welded reinforcement brackets to the towers and did not check for cracks. the consumer also stated as he left the dealer, he hit a bump and the hood popped open. consequently, the consumer crashed into the jersey barriers. *jb |
