Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vsc (vehicle stability control) system intermittently shuts off the accelerator on my 2004 toyota sequoia. it has nearly caused an accident on three occasions, one of which my entire family including two small children were traveling across state for christmas. i have read numerous complaints across the internet of similar vsc computer failures and toyota's knowledge of the problem. it is time that the nhtsa applied the appropriate pressure to toyota to get them to initiate a recall and repair program for the problem before someone gets killed. *tr |
