| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that she was trying to loosen the straps on evenflo aura child seat. the contact stated the baby needed to have the straps loosened, and while trying to loosen the straps, the contact noticed that once loosened the strap would not get tight enough. the contact said that the plastic on the back of the seat wouldn't hold the straps in place. the contact called call the manufacturer, and was told that this wasnot a safety issue. *ak the strap in the middle section was defective. the strap that went through the back of the car seat was held by 2 pieces of plastic, which had been compromised. updated 01/29/07. *jb |
